	There are two Conservation Areas within the study area, the Bridges Conservation Area and the Walker/Regent Terrace Conservation Area. A number of individually listed buildings are located in the study area. They range from the Grade 1 listed Holy Trinity Church in the High Street, St Mary’s Church and the high level bridge to a series of locally listed structures. Around the Holy Trinity Church are a cluster of building sthat are either on the local list or recommended for local listing.
